Team Competition

A clock, a scoreboard, nobody on the sidelines

Divide into teams, set a clock, and build. Friendly competition drives faster builds, higher energy, and better participation than any passive event.

Energy that builds itself

Scoreboards, a clock, and friendly rivalry keep the line moving. There is a job at every station and a count that everyone can see.

Structure without stiffness

Light competition format keeps things moving. No awkward icebreakers, no forced fun.

Every kit goes to someone who needs it

Win or lose, every kit built reaches a nonprofit. Kit contents are based on what the receiving organization tells us their community actually needs. The competition drives volume, the cause gives it meaning.

“I was so impressed with the event and how much it helps our community. A big shout out to all the coaches and our Employees for making this such a great success”

How team competition works

Teams are formed and assigned their kits

Participants split into groups. Each team gets the same kit type and the same supplies. The playing field is level.

The clock starts

Teams race to assemble the most kits or the best-quality kits within the time window. A facilitator tracks progress and keeps energy high, then announces the results to the room so the win feels real.

Every kit built goes out the door

When the clock stops, the totals are added up and the kits are boxed for the nonprofit partner. Winning team or not, every one of them reaches neighbors in your own community, and the count and the receiving organizations come back to you afterward.
