PackHope
Kit Assembly

Two hours, one room, every hand working

Your team gathers in one place, rolls up their sleeves, and builds care kits with their own hands. Tables stacked with supplies, real work, visible results.

PackHope Kit Assembly event

Fully facilitated, start to finish

Supplies staged, facilitator on-site, cleanup handled. Your team just shows up and builds.

The team memory people actually keep

Physical, hands-on work sticks. Tables, supplies, two hours of building side by side.

Every kit reaches a neighbor

We coordinate pickup and delivery to your matched nonprofit partner. Nothing sits in a hallway.

“All went smooth will not change a thing. Had a lot of fun!!!!!”

How kit assembly works

We set up before your team arrives

Supplies are sourced, sorted, and staged at your venue. Your team walks into a room that is ready to go.

A facilitator leads the build

Our on-site lead walks everyone through the kit contents, the cause, and the neighbors who will receive them. Then teams assemble side by side, and the physical act of building is what makes it stick.

The kits leave with a destination

Everything built that afternoon is counted, boxed, and routed to the nonprofit matched to you before the date. We handle pickup and delivery, then send the count and the organizations that received them, so your team knows where the two hours landed.
