PackHope
Multi-Site Events

One event, every location

One program, multiple cities, same day. Nobody sits out because the event was at headquarters, and the numbers add up across every site.

PackHope Multi-Site Events event

Consistent experience, every location

Same materials, same facilitation, same quality. No location gets a lesser version of the event.

One consolidated impact report

Total kits, volunteer hours, and nonprofits served across all locations. One document, board-ready.

Zero coordination on your end

We route supplies, confirm nonprofit partners at every location, and build kit contents around what each community needs. Your team shows up.

“We received 150 boxes of prepackaged non-perishable food items for our neighbors in need. We are so grateful for their support!”

How multi-site events works

Each location runs its own facilitated event

Supplies are sourced once and routed to every venue, then a PackHope facilitator or a trained local lead runs the build at each site. Same materials, same timeline, same experience everywhere.

Every site rolls into one report

Kit counts from every location roll up into one total as the event runs, so leadership watches the number climb. Afterward you get one report: kits built, volunteer hours logged, and nonprofits served.
